Group Discount
Groups of 3 or more from the same organization save an additional $50 off each conference registration. You must enter the coupon code save50 on the payment page of each individual registration to receive the $50 discount.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and faxed to the National Council Annual Conference at 202.684.7472. A service fee of $75 will be deducted from all refund requests received by February 15, 2010. Registrants who do not cancel by February 15, 2010 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 15, 2010.

SAMHSA’s CMHS National GAINS Center Conference       
Including Justice-Involved People with Mental Illness in Healthcare Reform

The 2010 National GAINS Conference is presented by the National Council in conjunction with the Center for Mental Health Services National GAINS Center. Stay after the National Council Conference for this important event to discover new opportunities and overcome old barriers to planning and coordination among the mental health, substance abuse, and criminal justice systems. The GAINS Center Conference kicks off with the National Council Conference closing plenary by Kathryn Power, director of SAMHSA’s CMHS, who shares perspectives on how the criminal justice system has become the intersection of mental health and addiction disorders.

Registration for the National GAINS Conference educational sessions held on Wednesday, March 17 is included with your National Council Conference registration.
