Vision

The Addressing Health Disparities Leadership Program is designed to support the development of  culturally diverse behavioral health leaders, facilitating their movement into executive positions and helping to promote leaders that reflect our nations’ diverse communities. The program is open to mid-level managers with demonstrated commitment to professional advancement and includes engagement with expert faculty, peer-to-peer in person and social media learning opportunities, and a rich program of education, mentoring, coaching, career guidance, and networking. This year-long process is launched with participation in a specialized Middle Management Academy.

We are grateful to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration for supporting this program.
