Foundations

The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation, founded in December 1990, seeks to improve the lives of children and adolescents by supporting programs and services for those affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse, and by enhancing early childhood and primary education.
The Woodruff Foundation was established in 1986 to enhance, through financial support, the development and delivery of mental health services in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
