The National Council’s Middle Management Academy has long been recognized for turning star performers into influential forces in their organizations. Conference group discounts or other coupon discounts do not apply to Middle Management Academy registrations.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and faxed to the National Council Annual Conference at 202.386.9391. A service fee of $75 will be deducted from all refund requests received by April 1, 2011. Registrants who do not cancel by March 12, 2012 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 12, 2012.
