Network Your Way
The conference is your opportunity to connect with peers who share your issues and interests and find solutions to common problems. While informal networking — as you walk the hallways, wait for sessions to start, and grab a bite to eat — is invaluable, we are bringing three groups together at specific times. Join all that interest you.
Young Leaders Nosh-ups
Professionals under 35 gather to rub elbows with the biggest names in the industry. The conference hosts special leadership development sessions and inspirational speakers for young audiences.
Attendees get to compare notes and review conference takeaways together.
Board Networking Breakfasts
Board members of nonprofit healthcare organizations attending the conference are invited to join colleagues from across the country over breakfast. It’s an open agenda and a time to connect informally, to share leadership lessons learned, and pick up tips from peers on handling difficult situations.
Children’s Networking Lunches
Providers of children’s mental health services share success stories and practice information as well as discuss current challenges. Join business and clinical staff from youth provider organizations to chart an actionable agenda that helps you make the most of the changing healthcare landscape.
Seasoned Leaders Program
Developed exclusively for CEOs with more than 20 years experience in behavioral health, this unique track will bring together the seasoned leaders in our field at the conference.
Contact Lauren Padgett, LaurenP@thenationalcouncil.org, to apply to attend this exclusive conference track.
Hall of Fame
Each year, attendees rank the speakers and now you can read their scores. Visit the Zagat Survey of speakers from the 2012 National Council Conference. Scroll through the list to see who got the best scores!
