Free transportation, via Disney’s Magical Express, is available to and from the Orlando airport and to all theme parks and Downtown Disney. Parking is free for hotel guests. Local conference attendees may also park free in the Coronado Springs Convention Center parking lot.  

Disney Park Tickets

When you come to the National Council Conference, plan to add a few days of Disney fun and magic. Park tickets, including evening only tickets and discounted multi-day tickets are available for conference attendees and families only.

Jet Blue Flight Discounts Available

National Council Conference attendees can receive a 5% discount of the lowest available fare by simply booking their airline tickets online at www.jetblue.com/promo! Enter the code NCCBH to recieve an additional 5% of your fare to Orlando (MCO). The discount is valid for travel arriving and departing between March 7-20, 2010.

Booking flights:  To be able to use the discount, all travel must be booked online.  Flights are capacity controlled and any flight is entitled to the 5% discount as long as it fits the criteria outlined above. All flights in a reservation must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount. If only one direction of travel is valid, please book your valid flight as a one way trip using the promotional code and the other segment as a one way trip without the code.

Changes: Any changes to an itinerary booked with a promotional code will be subject to a change fee, any applicable increase in airfare, and it will also result in the removal of the discount.

Cancellations: Booking may be cancelled, but will be subject to a cancellation fee.
