Through Negley Associates it also has available monthly 5 minute loss prevention videos on the MHRRG website.
Hotline
A free risk management hotline is available to policyholders to answer questions on how liability claims can be prevented.
Protecting Against Cancellation
Shareholders are entitled to a peer review process and a one-year notice before coverage is terminated.

MHRRG's claims staff is focused and expert on the unique problems of behavioral health, such as those related to sexual misconduct, suicide, and client violence. Their expertise has helped MHRRG down the cost of claims to the most competitive in the industry.
Negley Risk Management Awards
The Negley Awards are a series of cash grants presented annually to provider organizations that demonstrate excellence in risk management practices. The awards are the President’s Award of $10,000, the Chairman’s Award of $5,000 and the Board of Director’s Award of $5,000.
Recognizing that the use of data is critical to assessing risk and improving service, the 2013 Negley Awards will honor excellence in risk management through data collection and analysis that enable better protection for clients, staff, property, and communities.
The awards are presented annually at the National Council Conference. The National Council encourages members to apply for the 2013 Negley Awards for Excellence in Risk Management.
The application deadline is November 9, 2012.
