Jeanne Supin

Jeanne Supin serves as president and CEO of Watauga Consulting, Inc. Founded in 1996, Watauga Consulting, Inc., offers consultation, technical assistance, training and coaching. For over twenty-five years, Ms. Supin has guided behavioral health providers, authorities and payers through successful change toward leadership, management and workforce excellence. She is skilled at helping seasoned and emerging leaders amplify strengths to create personal and professional transformation and to improve services, organizations and systems of care. The scope of Ms. Supin’s work extends from programs and departments to whole organizations, and includes integrated organizations and stakeholders across systems, regions and states. Ms. Supin holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from the University of California—Santa Barbara, where she focused on political power, public law, collective action and revolution.
