Jeff Richardson named National Council for Behavioral Health Board Chair
WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 23, 2018) – The National Council for Behavioral Health is pleased to announce the as of January 11, 2018 Jeff Richardson is its Board Chair. Richardson is the Executive Director of Mosaic Community Services, part of the Sheppard Pratt Health System, the largest behavioral health provider in Maryland.
“It is a unique privilege and honor to be a part of this wonderful organization. Our member’s dedication to excellence and fervent commitment to recovery continues to be an inspiration. The National Council is the transformation force in behavioral health,” said Richardson.
Richardson succeeds Don Miskowiec, President and Chief Executive Officer of North Central Behavioral Health. Additionally, three existing board members will assume the following roles as officers:
- Tim Swinfard, Compass Health (MO), First Vice Chair
- Vic DiGravio III, Association for Behavioral Healthcare (MA), Second Vice Chair
- Vic Armstrong, Vice President, Behavioral Health with Carolinas HealthCare System (NC), Secretary-Treasurer, Finance & Administration Committee
