Continuing Education Credits at the 2014 National Council Conference

The 2014 National Council Conference offered continuing education (CE) credits for approved sessions through multiple professional associations. Review the 2014 CE and CME Attendee Packet to see which sessions qualified for CEs and CMEs at this year’s National Council Conference.

Need CEs and/or CMEs? The deadline (June 6, 2014) to request CEs and/or CMEs for the 2014 conference has passed. The National Council mailed the CE certificate(s) on June 27, 2014 – after the attendance was verified through the electronic attendance report.

Electronic Badge Scanners
In 2013, we left behind paper sign-in sheets and transitioned to an automated system in which attendees scan their badges electronically as they enter and leave sessions approved for CE credits.  This new practice was very successful, and we continued with it at the 2014 conference.

To receive credits for approved educational sessions at the conference, attendees need to electronically sign in and sign out of each session with their badge and complete an online evaluation form for each session either during the conference or within 30 days after it by June 6, 2014. Applications for CE credit will not be processed if the evaluations are not completed by the deadline.
