The National Council has a network of state associations, whose members are also National Council members (100% association members), that serve the interests of community behavioral healthcare provider organizations in their states. In addition, there are a growing number of state departments of mental health and/or substance use treatment services that have joined the National Council as members.
Our state association members are able to take advantage of exclusive opportunities to engage with each other and with other National Council leaders at biannual meetings of our board of directors and association members, as well as at our annual conference, and through a members-only association online community. State association executives are also part of and provide input to the National Council’s Public Policy Committee.
Please contact us to request additional information about membership and how your organization can engage with the National Council today.
Denotes a 100% state association. 100% state associations are association members of the National Council all of whose members are also members of the National Council. There are significant differences between the benefits available to 100% association members vs. those available to non-100% members, including Board representation.
