August 4: MACRA 101: An Introduction to MACRA’s Quality Payment ProgramMACRA Series 1 of 3

  • Millions of American workers will now be eligible for overtime pay under a final rule published by the Department of Labor in May. The new regulation raises the salary threshold for exemption from overtime pay to $47,476. With this rule set to take effect on December 1, 2016, the National Council is teaming up with Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell to walk you through the details of the new rule.
