As a widely-recognized expert in access to care, service costing and data measurement, Scott leads MTM’s pioneering work helping providers utilize service delivery data to catalyze organizational transformations and maximize resources. He knows how to help organizations implement change techniques that enhance not only the quality of services delivered but also staff satisfaction and consumer outcomes, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory and payor requirements.
Since 1998, Scott has worked with over 700 teams in more than 44 states and leads five statewide data collaborations that empower system-learning beyond the four walls of each provider. He has authored several books published by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, including How to Deliver Accountable Care and Using Data to Drive Your Service Delivery Strategies. Scott’s current project focuses on disrupting organizational dysfunction with bold leadership and management strategies.
