This session focuses on case studies that highlight the level of care placement and systemic issues. These case studies will be carried out in a large group discussion for the first case study. Small breakout groups will be used for the second case study.
This is session four of the six-part Learning and Action Series on the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Criteria. The sessions are designed to explore and showcase the comprehensive set of guidelines for patient admission, continuing care, and transfer/discharge for individuals with addictive, substance-related, and co-occurring conditions that can be applied in a CCBHC setting.
