The CoCM offers a compelling solution for health plans seeking strategies to improve behavioral health access, quality and total cost of care. But, while collaborative care delivers strong clinical and financial value, many payers and providers face challenges with implementation, payment, and discussing the value of the model.

This webinar, which will include a live Q&A session, will help health care providers develop strategies for communicating with payers about issues such as payment, quality, population health management and value-based care.
