The Role of Nutrition in Mental Wellbeing and Integrated Care as a Strategy for Improvement

Join us Monday, Aug. 11, 1-2:30 p.m. ET, to explore the critical connection between nutrition and mental health. In The Role of Nutrition in Mental Wellbeing and Integrated Care as a Strategy for Improvement, experts will discuss how nutritional patterns influence mental and physical wellbeing. They’ll also review strategies to address nutrition-related conditions, such as metabolic syndrome, as part of integrated care and prevention efforts.

  • Consider the roles of integrated care team members and explore opportunities to improve nutrition.

  • Discuss metabolic syndrome, including its risk factors, prevention strategies and treatment options.  
  • Identify barriers and practical strategies for improving health within integrated care.
