CCBHC Optimizing Data Learning Series – Session 4: The Role of Data in Practice Improvement

This four-month CCBHC Advanced Optimizing Data Learning Series starting in May 2023 will bring together CCBHC grantees interested in learning about the advanced principles of how data can be leveraged to advance consumer health outcomes. It will explore lessons on applying data to identify disparities, operationalizing data to expand screening tools and integrating data to improve practice activities.
