Power of Primary Care Champions in Collaborative Care

Join us Tuesday, July 22, 3-4 p.m. ET, for The Power of Primary Care Champions in Collaborative Care, the first session in a new online conversation series. This free session will explore real-world approaches for engaging and building trust with primary care providers to better serve people with mental health needs.

Participants will leave this session able to:  

  • Recognize primary care providers’ pivotal role in whole-person care and identify strategies for overcoming common barriers to engage them. 
  • Describe effective approaches to building trust and collaborative relationships between primary care providers and care teams. 
  • Understand workflow innovations that align with primary care practice realities, promote engagement and support scalable, team-based behavioral health integration.
