After registering, you’ll receive a link to book your room(s) at exclusive NatCon rates. All of the hotels in our NatCon block are within walking distance to the Convention Center.
Accessibility
At NatCon, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and accessible experience for every participant. Our goal is to create an environment where all attendees feel included and able to fully engage in the event. While we plan proactively to meet a variety of accessibility needs, we understand that each person’s situation is unique.
If you have a disability and/or medical condition and need support beyond the accommodations listed below, please indicate your requirements on the registration form by selecting the relevant options. A member of our team will then contact you directly to confirm details and ensure your needs are met.
- Assistive listening devices will be available in content rooms with amplified sound.
- Designated and Dispersed Accessible Seating is available in content rooms.
- Mobility scooters are available with advance reservation through registration and can be picked up at the Help Desk.
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be available with advance reservation through registration.
- A Sensory Room is available on the lobby level near registration.
- A Mother’s Room is available on the lobby level near registration.
Code of Conduct
The National Council for Mental Wellbeing is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of color, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. The National Council does not tolerate harassment of conference participants or staff in any form, including offensive comments, unwelcome advances, explicit jokes, or the use of sexual language and imagery. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from National Council events at the discretion of the conference organizers and/or National Council leadership.
