For National Council members, DCM Associates will offer to conduct CEO and other C-Suite Level executive leadership searches for an all-inclusive fixed fee of 25% of the base salary not to exceed $45,000 regardless of the salary of the position. For example, a client with an Executive Director earning a base salary of $120,000 will not exceed $30,000 search fee while an Executive Director/CEO earning $250,000 will be capped at $45,000.
