Public Health Supportive Services (PH-SS) was originally founded with the philosophy to provide supportive services to local, state, and federal partners to directly and indirectly improve the quality and types of services provided to the community. The primary staff providing consulting services are industry leading professionals with extensive experience in providing research driven solutions.
We take a collaborative approach to consulting and believe that the best solutions are developed when working together with our clients. By partnering with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, we have expanded our network of support and have assisted agencies nationwide to achieve their individualized goals.
Consulting and Technical Assistance
- Complimentary 30-minute technical assistance call on state plan amendments (SPA), clinical best practices, CCBHC site visits and certification, building allowable services grid and billing guide, and PPS selection. Additional discounts may be available for National Council members.
Data and Quality Outcomes
- Complimentary 30-minute consultation on quality measure configuration assistance, performance outcomes, EHR configuration assistance, and setting up appropriate systems to capture data for continuous quality improvement (CQI). Additional discounts may be available for National Council members.
Education, Training and Compliance
- Complimentary 30-minute consultation on CCBHC certification, clinical best practices, and planning and implementation assistance for CCBHC and crisis services state plan amendments (SPA). 5-10% discount on consulting services. Additional discounts may be available for National Council members.
