Suzanne Daub

Senior Integrated Health Consultant, National Council for Mental Wellbeing

Suzanne Daub has been the director of behavioral health in Primary Care at Delaware Valley Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center providing medical services to 40,000 poor and underserved residents of Philadelphia, PA. She was responsible for the integration and operational oversight of behavioral health services into the primary care practice and guided the FQHC through the transformation from a co-located to a fully integrated primary care and behavioral health program. Daub also led the FQHC in securing private foundation funding to support integration, led education and workforce development programs, and oversaw Joint Commission and other important credentialing processes. She helped her organization procure Medicaid managed care funding for mental health visits in primary care. Daub maintains a private psychotherapy practice. She has won several awards including the Innovations Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers. At the National Council, Daub consults with behavioral health organizations on financing integrated care and other aspects of operationalizing integration and building workforce skills.
