CoE Office Hours: Advancing Integration in Community Behavioral Health Using a New General Health Integration Framework
Recently, the Center of Excellence and partners from Montefiore Health Systems discussed a continuum-based general health framework created in partnership with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This framework is designed to help behavioral health clinics develop a locally tailored and site-specific action plan, prioritize their actions, and identify resources for implementation, and leave with practical guidance on advancing integration.
