With such a high level of attention around Naloxone/Narcan, it’s not surprising the conversation has broadened to one about “harm reduction,” a phrase that was once banned by the Bush administration because it was considered tantamount to promoting drug use. Now, however, some once verboten policies are being embraced. What do you think about harm reduction?
