Integrated Care Billing: Bidirectional Care Coordination and Integration Strategies

Join us Sept. 29, 12:30-2 p.m. ET for a valuable and practical session that will provide an overview of new billing, financing and staffing options to promote integrated care under the 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Final Rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

We’ll examine billing mechanisms you can use to support care coordination and integration across mental health, substance use and primary care settings. You’ll learn how incident-to billing policies can support using auxiliary staff, such as registered nurses, community health workers and medical assistants, in care delivery. You’ll also get a special sneak peek of the Excel-basedDecision Support Tool, which has been updated to include payment rates and billing codes for 2025.

This session is intended for state agencies; providers from primary care, mental health and substance use recovery settings; academic and research institutions; payers/insurers and Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care grantees and their provider partners.
