Crisis Partnerships Resource Webinar
This webinar focuses on the challenges of building effective crisis partnerships. CCBHC requirements for crisis services development include expectations not just for creating services (e.g., mobile crisis, urgent care, crisis stabilization) but also – and importantly – performing a needs assessment of the crisis continuum in their communities and making partnerships at multiple levels to contribute to the development of an effective crisis system of care for the communities they serve.
The CCBHC and Crisis Systems White Paper provides detailed descriptions of the process of crisis needs assessment and the four levels of partnership that CCBHCs should then develop, including, but not limited to, DCO relationships.
These four levels of partnership are as follows:
- Level 1: System collaboration
- Level 2: Population management system
- Level 3: Individual care coordination system
- Level 4: Program-specific relationships
This webinar describes how CCBHCs can be effective participants in their crisis systems, and how their own services can be effectively complemented by other partners. Each level of partnership development will be described in detail. Participants will leave with concrete tools for building relationships in their own communities that will help them and the people they serve.
