Join the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions (CoE-IHS) on Thursday, Feb. 23, 1-2 p.m. ET for Financing the Future of Integrated Care – Q&A. In this office hour, we will discuss the newly released decision support tool (DST) and accompanying integrated care billing modules, developed in partnership with Bowling Business Strategies (BBS).
Adopting sustainable financing strategies is key to ensure that evidence-based integrated care approaches are widespread and accessible to all consumers. The DST empowers providers to estimate state-specific Medicare and Medicaid revenue across prominent integrated care services to finance these services more effectively in community mental health care, substance use treatment and primary care provider organizations. The new modules explore billing strategies for four service categories:
- Medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD)
- Care coordination
- Metabolic monitoring
- Screening
Who should join this office hour? Anyone who has started implementing the DST billing tool in their integrated care setting or would like to know more about its application to their specific organization, specifically those who are working directly with billing, financing, revenue cycle management and health information technology within their organizations.
