When is the MHFA Summit occurring?
The MHFA Summit will take place in Denver on Sunday, April 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MT. This annual event is open to all current MHFA National Trainers, Instructors and Coordinators. It features a robust agenda designed to help you maximize your impact.
When will MHFA Summit registration open?
Registration opens in November. The cost to attend is $50 through March 12. From March 13 on, the fee increases to $100. Additional details about registration fees will be provided soon.
Are you still accepting presentation proposals for the MHFA Summit?
The call for presentations closed on Sept. 15. We are no longer accepting submissions.
Are you still accepting nominations for MHFA Impact Awards?
Yes! You can still submit your nomination through Nov. 14, 2025. Applicants will be notified of final decisions by Feb. 1, 2026.
What’s included in MHFA Summit registration?
A full conference registration includes access to all programming on April 26, as well as coffee and lunch. Registration also includes a special reception honoring Instructors and Coordinators, with beverages and light fare.
I’m not seeing the MHFA Member rate, and the MHFA Summit isn’t populating.

If I attend the MHFA Summit, can I also attend NatCon?
Yes! National Trainers, Instructors and Coordinators attending the MHFA Summit will receive a discounted rate to stay for the full conference. Once you select MHFA Summit registration, you’ll have the option to add a full NatCon registration, with the discount automatically applied.
If I attend the MHFA Summit, can I also join a NatCon Preconference Event?
If the Preconference Event you’d like to attend is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 — the same day as the MHFA Summit — you will not be able to register for both.
