Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Consulting and Implementation Support For State Policymakers

The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model is bringing transformative change to the delivery of mental health and substance use treatment services across the nation, establishing a financial foundation for communities to expand access to these critical services for those who need them most. As clinics and state policymakers navigate these changes, the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s CCBHC Success Center is here to help with consultation and implementation support customized to clients’ unique needs.

The National Council offers information and technical assistance to states interested in pursuing the model or learning about the CCBHC experience in other states. We welcome inquiries from Medicaid agency officials, department officials, governors’ offices, state legislators and staff other state policymakers and research or advocacy groups focused on state policy.
