This intensive series equips CCBHC clinics with knowledge, tools, and strategies to fully integrate peer support specialists into clinical and community-based services. Drawing on the CCBHC model’s emphasis on recovery-oriented, person-centered care, participants will explore how peer roles can enhance engagement, improve outcomes, and strengthen the clinic’s connection to the communities it serves. Through real-world examples, practical tools, and peer-led insights, clinics will learn how to recruit, train, and retain peer support staff; define clear role boundaries; create effective supervision structures; and develop sustainable funding and billing practices. Participants will leave with a customized peer integration plan that aligns with CCBHC criteria and drives both clinical and operational success.
