Identifying New Services and Community Partners

CCBHCs are required to ensure the delivery of comprehensive outpatient care, either directly or through contract relationships with other health system providers. They must also establish relationships with care coordination partners in their communities. Do you already offer the full range of services required of CCBHCs? If not, who will you partner with to provide this care? What relationships do you have with the other agencies in your community—such as schools, criminal justice agencies, and more—with which CCBHCs are required to coordinate? Explore our resources and consulting options below to learn more and prepare.
