Health Integration and Wellness
The State Integration and Medicaid Health Homes Learning Community brings together teams of officials in these states to help them tackle confounding problems of primary care and behavioral health integration and Medicaid health homes for individuals with disabilities. The learning community offers a group learning experience in integration and health home policy development, clinical models, and implementation strategies for special populations.

Federal Budget
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is the lead public health agency charged with coordinating the nation’s behavioral health safety net. By helping people get back on their feet and regain their health, SAMHSA programs reduce expensive inpatient hospitalizations, emergency department usage, and involvement with the criminal justice system.
