Advancing Integrated Care Via Collaborative Partnerships: Hospitals, Health Systems, CMHCs and CCBHCs
When hospitals and health systems provide care in partnership with Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), it enhances access to care at the right time, place and level of care. Integrating behavioral health services within medical frameworks can also reduce the total cost of care, strengthen outcomes and improve workforce satisfaction.
Join the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions and the American Hospital Association on Tuesday, Sept.16, from 2-3 p.m. ET, for Advancing Integrated Care Via Collaborative Partnerships: Hospitals, Health Systems, CMHCs and CCBHCs. Participants will learn how hospitals and health systems are working with community behavioral health partners to put integrated care in place. During this webinar, two behavioral health professionals with University Hospitals will describe the system’s history of integrating psychiatric care into medical service lines.
This webinar is ideal for hospital and health system administrators and behavioral health clinicians, CCBHC and CMHC staff, and leaders in health care community-based partnerships.
This virtual session is supported by the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions, funded by a grant award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. If you have questions about these sessions, please contact Integration@TheNationalCouncil.org.
