Applying New Peer Workforce in Integrated Care

Join the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions on Wednesday, April 22, 3-4 p.m. ET, for a webinar on how the peer workforce can strengthen integrated behavioral and physical health care. This session will explore how peer specialists bring lived experience and trust to care teams, which improves engagement, care navigation and chronic disease management. Participants will also learn practical strategies for addressing common challenges and expanding peer roles within integrated health systems.
