CCBHC Care Coordination and Collaboration
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) thrive when they operate as part of a coordinated ecosystem — not in isolation or competition. Working in partnership with Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs), medical directors and external providers is central to delivering person-centered, integrated care.
We welcome medical directors, clinical leaders and staff involved in CCBHC implementation and partnerships to join the National Council for Mental Wellbeing on Monday, Aug. 12, 12-1 p.m. ET. We’ll explore the full CCBHC ecosystem and how to strengthen collaboration throughout it.
The webinar will cover key topics including:
- CCBHC Certification requirements related to care coordination
- How to understand and engage the broader CCBHC ecosystem
- What it means to work inpartnershiprather than in competition
- Introduction to DCOs: how they work and why they might be a good fit
- How to build care patient-friendly pathways and workflows
- The role of the medical director in integrated service delivery — from screening to intervention frameworks
