NatCon Registration for Groups
Save more when you attend with colleagues! Register at least two other people from your organization, and each additional attendee automatically receives $50 off registration. Simply register three or more team members using the same email domain. Only one discount can be applied per attendee. Planning to bring 10 or more attendees? Contact us to learn about additional group savings.
Cancellation and Substitution Policies
NatCon Substitution Policy
Paid registrants who are unable to attend NatCon may designate an alternate. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to NatCon@Maritz.com. Please note: A $50 administrative fee will apply for each substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time, and the participant or organization will be responsible for this fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future NatCon.
NatCon Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend NatCon and would like to request a registration refund, please submit your request in writing to NatCon@Maritz.com. Refund requests received by Tuesday, March 3, 2026, will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Registrants who do not cancel by March 3 and do not attend the conference will be responsible for the full registration fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future NatCon.
Preconference Events and MHFA Summit Substitution Policy
Paid registrants who are unable to attend a Preconference Event may designate an alternate. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to NatCon@Maritz.com. Please note: A $10 administrative fee will apply for each substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time, and the participant or organization will be responsible for this fee. Unclaimed registration fees cannot be transferred to a future Preconference Event.
Preconference Events and MHFA Summit Cancellation Policy
