How It Works
The DLA-20 Trainer Certification program is a highly interactive online training series that allows organizations to certify staff to become DLA-20 trainers for their organization.
Since all DLA-20 users must be trained by a certified DLA-20 trainer, the ability to have certified trainers within your organization improves training consistency, builds internal expertise, reduces external training costs and ensures fast onboarding of new staff.
