Integrated Care in Action: Advancing Medical, Oral and Behavioral Health Collaboration

Join the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions and the Primary Care Development Corporation on Monday, Aug. 24, 2-3 p.m. ET for a dynamic panel that will exploring how medical, oral and behavioral health can be integrated to deliver whole-person care.

Integrated care helps bridge these gaps through coordinated, person-centered approaches that strengthen collaboration, expand access to care and improve health outcomes. Join experts in integrated care for a discussion on practice strategies, workforce challenges, and policy and financing approaches that support integrated care implementation.

After this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe opportunities to strengthen cross‑sector collaboration across medical, oral, behavioral health and community partners.
  • Examine approaches to addressing workforce challenges across disciplines and settings.
  • Discuss policy and financing strategies that can support sustainable, scalable, integrated care.
  • Explain how integrated care can advance access in our communities.
