Session 3 | Integrating Recovery-based Housing With CCBHC Services Learning Series: Building Partnerships and Infrastructure for Housing Integration

Access to safe and stable housing designed to support recovery from substance use disorders is foundational to whole-person behavioral health care. Yet many Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) face challenges integrating housing into their scope of services. Our four-part webinar series will explore the principles of recovery-based housing models and provide guidance to help clinics design, align and strengthen their recovery-based and supportive housing efforts. Participants will also learn how to engage community partners, braid funding streams and track housing-related outcomes to build and sustain their housing services.

• Differentiate common recovery housing models.
• Explain how CCBHCs can establish partnerships with recovery housing providers.
• Identify practical referral strategies that support successful transitions from treatment to community recovery.
• Illustrate these concepts using Oxford House as one example of a peer-run recovery housing model.
