Retention in behavioral health and integrated care is often framed as a hiring challenge, but a strong workforce requires support throughout the employee lifecycle. This webinar will explore how organizations can take a more connected approach by designing roles, supports and career pathways that help staff succeed throughout their careers.

Participants will examine practical strategies related to recruitment, onboarding, supervision and professional development, and learn how these efforts can strengthen workforce development across integrated behavioral health and primary care settings.
