CCBHCs must plan for financial and operational sustainability to ensure continuity of care and long-term impact, especially as grant funding timelines evolve.

In this learning series, CCBHC grantees will have a structured space to explore and apply real-world strategies for sustaining the CCBHC model beyond initial funding. Through peer exchange, expert facilitation and hands-on tools, participants will learn how to align services with reimbursement pathways, integrate financial and clinical operations, and build strategic partnerships to support long-term viability.
