Johanna Bergan, founder of JCMB Consulting LLC, is a change leader working in systems transformation to effectively support young people navigating the nation’s social systems. Through a combination of individual coaching and group facilitation, she provides training and consultation services to a wide array of behavioral health stakeholders driven by core principles of patient-centered care, resilience-oriented and data-informed quality improvement and adaptive leadership.
Bergan provides ongoing support, coaching and mentoring to emerging youth leaders and the leaders of youth-driven organizations. Her 14 years of experience advocating for important changes in youth-serving systems includes leading Youth MOVE National as executive director (2015-2022), serving on its Board of Directors during the visioning process and creating the Youth MOVE Chapter Network. She advises technical assistance and research and training centers that support and promote the value of youth voice.
