CCBHC and Medicaid Housing-Related Services Crosswalk

This document presents a crosswalk of current state-level efforts related to CCBHC implementation and Medicaid coverage of HRS. It highlights each state’s progress in advancing these initiatives, as well as areas of alignment and remaining gaps. Blank fields indicate states that do not currently cover HRS through Medicaid or have not made substantial progress in integrating CCBHCs into their Medicaid programs.
