Organizational Analytics Capability Model Health Care Organization Self-Assessment Handbook

Published:

Data has become a critical asset for organizations seeking to reduce costs and improve patient/client care, population health and staff experiences. Health care organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) and hospitals, increasingly recognize the value of leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and enhance care delivery.

Organizational analytics capability refers to the sophistication with which an organization collects, manages, analyzes and applies data to achieve its strategic objectives. In this era of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven technology, lacking data analytics capacity puts organizations at risk of becoming obsolete. This handbook can be used as a guide to assess and enhance your organization’s analytics capability.
