The evidence-based, bidirectional CHI Framework supports sustainable integration of physical and behavioral health across care settings. In this session, participants will explore how they can use the CHI Framework to identify opportunities for improvement and guide practical next steps to advance integrated care in school-based settings.

Presenters will share actionable strategies, implementation considerations and CHI resources tailored to SBHC providers.
