Join us Wednesday, July 15, 1-2 p.m. ET,for the third session of our 2026 Collaborative Care Conversation Series, Driving Impact Through Data: Key Performance Metrics in CoCM. This virtual panel discussion, presented in partnership with the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute and funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, will explore how to develop metrics for integrated behavioral health evaluation across a variety of settings.
