Be the Difference: Support Mental Health First Aid Today
Did you know? One in five people in the U.S. experiences a mental health challenge in any given year — that’s approximately 43.8 million people. This means that someone you know may be struggling right now without access to the information and tools to protect their mental wellbeing.
Since 2008, we have taught more than 4 million people how to take care of their mental health and help others in need through Mental Health First Aid, an evidence-based training program. Every day across the country, Mental Health First Aid is strengthening communities, increasing mental health literacy and changing lives.
With your support, we can do more.
By donating to Mental Health First Aid, you can help us expand our impact even further. Your contribution will help:
- Train more Mental Health First Aiders: Equip people across the country with the skills to recognize and respond to mental health challenges.
- Empower communities: Create environments where mental health support is accessible and stigma free.
- Save lives: Provide critical mental health resources that can make a lifesaving difference in times of crisis.
Your donation directly supports efforts to ensure that every person has the information and skills they need to care for their loved ones.
