• Middle Management Academy (April 22-25): This multiday, immersive experience is ideal for new and emerging leaders looking to build confidence, strengthen supervision skills and create healthier teams. • Full-day Preconference Events (April 26): Go beyond the basics with hands-on, full-day deep dives. Learn how to collaborate across systems, implement the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model or strengthen statewide behavioral health strategies. • Half-day Preconference Events (April 26): Short on time? These workshops offer focused skill-building on Collaborative Care Model implementation and crisis response. They’re perfect when you want expert guidance without a full-day commitment. There’s also a no-cost, in-person convening exclusively for CCBHC-Expansion grantees — a chance to connect with peers, explore best practices, troubleshoot challenges and learn from innovators nationwide.
