Learn MoreIntegrated Health
Coordinating general health, mental health and substance use treatment through a patient-centered, team-based approach benefits the people being served, their caregivers and their providers and is the core focus of integrated health.
People with mental health and substance use challenges have shorter life expectancy than the general population — due largely to untreated and preventable chronic illness exacerbated by health disparities and unfairness in the system. We drive policy, social and practice changes that use integrated health as a proven solution to closing the mortality gap and expanding access to comprehensive, coordinated care.
Our work spans a broad array of methods to improve integrated care delivery, including expanding workforce capacity and driving practice transformation. Leveraging the field’s top experts, we lead the design and delivery of capacity-building research, resources and tools to advance integrated health as a standard approach to care.
