The easy-to-use training is developed in collaboration with leading subject matter experts across a broad spectrum of health and human services field and the self-paced, online courses offer the flexibility that staff need to pursue continuing education. The LMS allows an organization to easily deliver, assign, track, and report on mandatory employee training for OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, COA, CARF, URAC, NCQA, EAGLE, and other licensing and accreditation requirements.
In proud partnership with Relias, the National Council for Behavioral Health also developed an Academy site that now offers the new Certificates of Excellence. With the passage of the Affordable Care Act and the Excellence in Mental Health Act, mental health and addiction treatment organizations now have new accountability and responsibility requiring skilled staff and effective leadership to move toward becoming Centers of Excellence. The Certificates of Excellence program supports behavioral health CEOs’ efforts to train their staff to prepare for national implementation of the Excellence Act.
